There's an option to restrict the frame rate down further to 30 fps, which doesn't make much sense in our opinion. Even with the vertical synchronization disabled, The Phantom Pain remains restricted to 60 fps.
Much more annoying, in our opinion, is the 60 fps limitation, which forces displays with 120 or 144 Hz to a lower refresh rate. completely on medium settings, for example).
